How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who contact Upcomingannual Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Upcomingannual Floor Coating went
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care.

If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, take these steps:

1. First, raise the issue with the provider in writing. 2. Next, keep copies of everything you send and receive. 3. Then, tell us too.

Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Upcomingannual Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

What to Include

Email contact@upcomingannual.living and add:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and the outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
