How Our Network Works

Who Picks Up the Phone

When you call, you reach a call line that takes your details and passes them along. Calls are answered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET. The call line does not do coating work and does not quote jobs.

Your project is then handled by an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. They talk with you, visit or review photos, and write the quote.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a short list of questions. Have the answers ready:

1. Where is the floor: garage, basement, patio or workshop? 2. About how many square feet is it? 3. Is there an old coating, oil stains, cracks or pitting? 4. Does water ever sit on or seep through the slab? 5. What look do you want: solid color, flakes or custom floor finishes?

Questions to Put to a Provider

Use this checklist. Write down each answer.

  • How will you prepare the surface?
  • How do you test for moisture?
  • Which coating do you suggest: epoxy, polyaspartic or another option? Why?
  • How are cracks and joints handled?
  • How long before I can walk on it, and before a car can park on it?
  • What does the written quote include?
  • What warranty do you offer, and what does it cover?
  • Are you licensed and insured where I live?

The Decision Is Yours

No one here will push you to sign. Compare at least two written quotes. Look at prep, product and scope, not only price. Costs vary by job, so a written quote is the only number that counts.
